THESE ARE IMPORTANT for people finding your listing…
You SHOULD put the area your home is in as the first word in your thread title followed by a brief description…

Example of thread title…
Kamloops - 3 BR 3 Bath rancher on the water
This will make it very easy for visitors searching the site for homes in Kamloops and for Search Engines to find you.
Include as much info as you like in the main body of your post but remember…more is not always better.

Important……Listings are moderated so your listing will not appear on Ownerselling.ca until a moderater has approved it. Generally between 12 and 24 hours (or sooner).

Code Number

When you decide to advertise your home in the newspaper or flyer etc… you can put your info in your ad and then say..
View online at Ownerselling.ca - Search 34685 (the number would be the Code Number created for you)

Please remember to use this when advertising item for sale as it will let people put the number into the Search that is on all pages and go directly to your listing.

Open Houses (We will have a section for them soon)
Until then make sure you come back and edit your listing and put your Open House dates and times in there so people know when and where it is.

Links

Sellers may link to their personal MLS listing if they like.
No links to commercial/personal business, real estate sites or directories.
Links to any sites deemed competitive with us or commercial/directory type will be removed without warning and could close your account. We are providing this free service to help people sell their homes and will not promote other sites on a free basis. Hope you understand.
